COMPLAINTS

If a need arises were you need to make a complaint about housing code violations, abandoned automobiles, noise violations, etc. you may stop by the BNA office in person or fill out the online form on this web page.


BNA typically responds to all complaints within a 24-hour period, Monday through Friday. If you would like the office to provide a status update regarding your complaint, you must provide your name and email in the appropriate boxes on the right. You can add your phone and/or cell phone number in the complaint message. Your name and related contact information is kept confidential, but is necessary if BNA needs to acquire additional information to help resolve your issue.


Make sure to provide as much information as possible so the office can respond appropriately and as fast as possible.
